School Dance

Andrew and Emily went to a dance tonight @ their school. It was a 50's theme dance, and they had a great turnout. Andrew & Emily were SO excited and wanted to start getting dressed two hours ahead of the dance ( talk about excitement! )

Thanksgiving Dinner @ Emily's class

Emily's Kindergarten class held a Thanksgiving Dinner today for the parents. It was very nice. Emily got to cut the first piece of Turkey, and she made her famous dip for everyone!

Emily's field trip

Emily had a class trip to an olive grove(she's a pro now), and we saw how the men use special air powered fingers to pick the olives. Very cool, and Emily got to try one herself. Then we went to where they make the olive oil, and then to an Italian Elementary School for lunch! Great Day!

Boy's had a cub scout bowling event

Walter, Andrew & Emily got to bowl for a fundraiser for their cubscout pack 007! Great time was had by all!

Lemonade Stand

Emily has been bugging me since we arrived at the support site housing to set her up a Lemonade stand. We'll today she finally had her wish come true, and 15min later she was the most popular girl in the court! Big smiles too!!!!

Olive picking & making olive oil

The Solley's took a bus trip out to the mountains, just north of Montesarchio. Stopped at a beautiful little pastry/cafe' on the way that was great. Picked olives, shared a awesome lunch with new friends, and family, it was dynamite! Beautiful day capped off with a gorgeous sunset!

Emily Learned to ride her bike today!!!

Emily wanted to ride her bike today, and after a little while she asked me to remove her training wheels. One good push, and off she went........Daddy and Mommy had tears of joy, we are so proud of you Emily!!!!
